After-sales Policy

Dear customer:

 

The After-sales Department of KAFox series products undertakes to offer after-sales “three guarantees” services in strict accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China with details listed as follows:

 

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to the rights of repair, replacement and return pursuant to the provisions herein. The repair, replacement and return of goods should be conducted against the purchase voucher.

 

1.Within 7 days from the purchase date, if such failures described in Classification of Quality Problems occur to KAFox series products, it is the responsibility of KAFox After-sales Service Center to conduct inspection and determine to provide return, replacement or repair services free of charge according to your choice. 

 

2.Within 1  year from the purchase date, if such failures described in Classification of Quality Problems occur to KAFox series products, it is the responsibility of KAFox  After-sales Service Center to conduct inspection and determine to provide repair services according to your choice.

 

Important Notes

The followings should not be covered by the warranty:

 

1.      Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, immersion, accident, alteration, improper use of non-original parts, torn or altered labels and machine serial numbers, etc.

 

2.      Expiry of the warranty period .

 

3.      Damages caused by force majeure.

 

4.      Other failures than those described in Classification of Quality Problems.

 

5.      Occurrence of failures described in Classification of Quality Problems to KAFox series products and its accessories for man-made reasons.
